HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?

For USA, UK, CA, AUS most of the items it would usually take 7-14 business days, however sometimes due to high demand of and the busy season, please allow up to 20 business days for delivery.

Rest Of The World - It takes a bit longer for the rest of the world because it takes time to ship the items outside of these countries.

Shipping time for the rest of the world is usually 15-30 business days. Again the busy season, please allow up to 40 business days for delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at contact@makemeglad.com

If your order hasn't arrived within 90 business days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

 

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes there will be tracking numbers provide with all orders. You’ll also be able to check the status of your order on our website under the section “Help”

 

I ORDERED MORE THAN 1 ITEM, AND I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED ONE ITEM, WHY IS THAT?

Since we have a few warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! :-)

 

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ... WHAT'S GOING ON?

Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

 

THERE ARE NO SHIPPING METHODS AVAILABLE FOR MY CART OR DESTINATION

Some of FREE products are LIMITED to 1 order per customer, so if you receive this message, please kindly check your order cart. If you want to order more than 1 FREE products, you might have to place another order. 

 

I WANT TO CHANGE MY ORDER / ADDRESS, CAN I?

Though we highly encourage you double check sizes and addresses prior to placing an order with us, we fully understand that things come up and mistakes can be made.  We process orders the same day they are placed.  If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at

contact@makemeglad.co ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we can not make any promises.  If the item(s) has already been shipped from our fulfillment center we cannot make changes to the order. 
In that case, you can send the wrong item to our corporate offices and once received we can send out a corrected item.

Currently, our online store found at MakeMeGlad.com is the only place to purchase our genuine products. We cannot offer support on items bought outside of our website claiming to be our products.
